I find this idea very interesting, most the time students are only taking part in a forum because they are forced to by the institution. Yet, students will spend hundreds of hours playing games and watching cats on YouTube. Discussion should be engaging and rewarding to the student not something that we force them to do. How do we get students to appreciate the Intrinsic rewards of creating communities of learning?
